Standing Tall

Standing Tall matches people experiencing homelessness into stable jobs with our employer partners. We then match these people with a host in their city who they can stay with for 6 months before moving on to their own, independent accommodation. 
 
For businesses, we work as a recruitment service. We help businesses to find talented employees, whilst increasing their social value and creating a diverse workforce.
 
We take referrals from well established charities in the city including Whitechapel, and work with an individual for at least 6 weeks. We spending this time getting to know them and ensuring that they are the right fit for the job we are matching them with. From the start of their employment, the individual and the business will have 12 months support from Standing Tall to iron our any issues that may arise. 
 
For every person who is employed through Standing Tall £57,963 in social value is generated.
 
4 out of 5 people we work with are still in the same job one year later.
 
We work in 8 cities including Liverpool. Our other cities are Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Nottingham, Derby, Bristol, London.
