Aintree Initiatives for Performing Arts CIC

Aintree Initiatives for Performing Arts (AIPA) is a community-based organisation that provides inclusive, accessible performing arts opportunities for people of all ages and abilities. Based in Aintree, AIPA offers a range of classes, workshops, and 1:1 tuition in music, drama, and performance.

Here’s a snapshot of what AIPA does:

  • 1:1 Music Tuition – Individual lessons in instruments such as guitar, piano, ukulele, violin, cello, drums, and voice.

  • Group Classes – Including Musical Theatre, Early Years Percussion (2–5 years), and instrumental/vocal classes.

  • Community Projects – Such as a neurodivergent drama group focused on communication, confidence, and independence, and a community choir for adults.

  • Performance Opportunities – Regular showcases and events to help participants build confidence and celebrate their progress.

  • Inclusive Ethos – AIPA is committed to making the performing arts accessible to all, with a strong focus on well-being, personal development, and creativity.
