Through consulting, delivering educational courses and staffing, we work with individuals, organisations and communities to enhance resilience, promote and improve wellbeing and reduce health inequalities.
We have been doing this work for over 12 years. We are passionate about what we do and even more passionate about ensuring our work delivers social impact. The social impact work we deliver directly aligns with 4 of the Sustainable Development Goals. We specifically focus on; Good health and wellbeing (3), quality education (4), reduced inequalities (10) and partnership for goals (17).
As part of our offerings, we also own 3D Health Club, a private gym in Liverpool City Centre specialising in bespoke training. The aim of the centre is to provide a gym environment that puts at ease those who deal with anxiety at the thought of joining a gym, allowing the freedom and increased confidence to lead a better and happier quality of life through discovering the benefits of training.
