Jigsaw’s vision is to create a world where the journey of self-discovery and growth are accessible to everyone, so people from all walks of life can tap into their full potential and lead fulfilling lives.
We inspire people to explore their inner landscape of hopes and ambitions through coaching, helping them to create a vision of a better future for themselves. Supported in a safe, confidential space, people can identify their strengths and harness them to address blocks in the way. This also generates a cascade of positive change within communities, leading to a more inclusive and equitable society for all.
We have a social mission to offer coaching to people who would not otherwise be able to access it, together with other initiatives to help them to flourish. Our approach is multi-faceted, working with a wide range of people who could benefit from support, including those who are long-term unemployed, have a health condition or disability, or have experienced discrimination. A particular interest is working with people with a visual impairment, and we’ve worked with over 80 people across Merseyside over the last 5 years.
To complement the coaching, we offer workshops to encourage people to share their experiences and benefit from peer-group support, helping them to improve confidence and raise their aspirations.
Our sister business – Thrivability – provides coaching and workshops for the people within small businesses to help them navigate the challenges, enabling them to thrive.
