Over The Influence helps people to give up alcohol – through our free weekly podcast, through our online community space and through our regular meet ups and events. It’s already helped thousands of people to remove alcohol from their lives by encouraging them to focus on what they gain rather than what they give up, and we’ll continue to sing about the joys of sobriety!
Alcohol is everywhere – we drink to celebrate, we drink to commiserate, and we drink for everything in between. We want to help reduce alcohol harm to both the individual and to society by encouraging people to rethink their drinking – we want to normalise sobriety as a positive lifestyle choice, without the stigma and taboo that is often directed at those who’ve decided to remove alcohol and live their lives differently.
