We want to help music fans get to enjoy as many gigs as possible while supporting grassroots music venues.
We’ve spoken to over 1,000 music fans:
85% of live music fans have missed at least one gig in the last 12 months
60% didn’t know about it, 40% didn’t have anyone to go with
The Nighttime/Events economy is going through a very challenging time:
13% grass roots music venues shut down
10% festivals closed
30% nightclubs decline
gigmate has been built by fans, for the fans to resolve these problems.
We safely connect users with fellow music fans, gigs, venues and artists so they get to go to more gigs.
